Mike has been with Gray, Hong, Nojima & Associates, Inc. (GHN) since 1981. He has over 35 years of civil engineering/project management experience involving all phases of planning, design, and construction. He is currently principal-in-charge for a variety of land and site development projects throughout Hawaii, including subdivisions, cluster housing, and planned development housing, as well as government sector infrastructure improvements. Mike has overall responsibility for the firm’s in-house quality control and oversees and supervises project engineers and CADD operators in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, engineering studies, and technical reports.Education
