Background
Ho’opili is a planned mixed-use community encompassing approximately 1,600 acres of land nestled between the Ewa district and Kapolei district. Ho’opili aims to provide employment centers; quality schools; shopping, gathering and recreational places; and parks and open space for residents; and diverse, including affordable, housing options. Residents will live, work, learn, play, and shop in one area.
Description of Work
The first phase of the development includes 3 parcels (1, 2, and 4) for single- and multi-family homes on 33 acres. Gray, Hong, Nojima & Associates, Inc. (GHN) is providing the following services:
- Preliminary Subdivision Submitta
- Construction Plan Preparation
- Drainage Statement
- Storm Water Quality Report
- NPDES General Permit Coverage (NOI Form C)
- Processing for Approvals
- Bond Verification
- Final Subdivision Approval
- Assistance in Bidding
- Construction Observation
